The name of the band and the album title give the immediate impression of a Fairport inspired folk-rock band, but there is much, much more to this wonderful album than that. The opening track, African Shirt is a brilliant combination of haunting flute and ethnic rhythms, guaranteed to have you hooked from the start. The album progresses with a sublime mix of traditional folk, celtic blues and multi-cultural sounds blending jazz, rock and everything between, all self-penned bar one song.
