(AND CD 5) £8 One of ANDR early signings. Paul King, started playing blues harp at the age of 14 while still at school, progressing to banjo at 16, bought with his first two week's wages. He took up guitar, borrowed from a friend, whilst convalescing from appendix operation and during this time he started to write songs. His influences at the time were Leadbelly, Woody Guthrie, Donovan and of cause Bob Dylan. Later in his musical career a chance meeting with Ray Dorset and Colin Earl led to the forming of Mungo Jerry and the many hits that followed.
