This was a live show at The Kings Head Fulham on Jackie Lynton's birthday, February 27th 1987. Recorded professionally by a mobile studio. Only a limited number of cassettes were produced and mainly sold to those who were there. This double CD package captures the atmosphere of a Lynton gig when Jack's on form. Totally unexpected for Jack, a huge strippergram was organised, who arrived mid gig, much to his surprise. A good one for the collection! The Tracks Include If You Wanna Get A Band Together - Long Long Time Ago - Bad Boy - Ricky Rocket - Tulser Time - Make Mine a Happy Time - I Got A Woman - Oh Dear - Re Run - Talkin Bout You - Rockers Rollin - Lovers - Getting By Blues - Johny Be Good - Help Me Make It Through The Night - Tutti Fruity - Hedgehog - I Saw Her Standing There - Plus loads of jokes rude songs and Jack's funny banter. The Band Vocals: Jackie Lynton Bass & Vocals: Gordon Sellar Lead Guitar & Vocals: Graham White Drums: Greg Wilson Guests: Drums: John Coghlan Drums: Mick Avery Piano & Vocals: Tony Leach Poem: Very Fat Lady. In this period of the Jackie Lynton band many a famous face would appear at the gigs and get up to jam. One of the most regular and a good friend was Richie Blackmoor who quoted at the time, saying: # 07 |
